									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally picked up a micron gauge this week. Been in the trade 9 years and have been judging vacuum on the manifold needle the whole time like everybody else I learned from.<br />
First job I used it on — thought I had a good vacuum. Manifold needle looked right. Micron gauge said 1,840. Nowhere near where it needed to be.<br />
Should have got one of these years ago.</p>

Suction 115 PSI Discharge 445 PSI. Superheat 8°F. Subcooling 18°F. Ambient 74°F.<br />
Charge is correct weighed it in last October, nothing has changed. Coils are clean, condenser fan is spinning, TXV was replaced last fall and ran perfectly the rest of the season.<br />
