The answer is hire someone to do the field work so you can run the business. I know that sounds obvious but most people wait too long to make that move because they think nobody can do it as well as them. Nobody can do it exactly like you. But someone can do it well enough.

You’re already ahead just by asking this. First year is about learning how to think, not how to rush. Pay attention to airflow, wiring basics, and why things fail – not just how to swap parts. The best techs I know were slow early on but asked a lot of questions.

Could be your PID loop too tight. If proportional is high or integral is slow, the AHU will “chase” static instead of holding it.
