Noticed something odd during a fire alarm reset – the system drops out of fire mode before the dampers and fans fully stabilize.
Overrides clear almost immediately, even though positions and airflow are still settling.
Feels like the sequence is letting go too early, which could be a real problem in an actual event.

Charge looks spot-on, pressures are steady, and controls check out fine.
No signs of floodback or overheating either – feels like something in the control delay or oil return timing is off.

Check your VFD minimum frequency setting. I’ve seen systems where PID loop instability caused small oscillations that slowly reduced flow under load.
