Quoted a job customer said they’ll think about it… then you see the same job done a week later by someone else. No feedback, no call back, nothing. Happens more than I’d like. Makes you wonder if it’s pricing, timing or just part of the game.

Most guys won’t even think about oil fouling unless it’s a burnout. Slow capacity loss just gets blamed on age.

That trap looks fine on paper but the lift on that pump might be borderline. Once it runs a few cycles it can’t overcome the head and starts backing up.

Been watching a drive that holds speed perfectly, airflow steady, no alarms – but torque keeps jumping around for no obvious reason.
Nothing mechanical sounds wrong, amps don’t really move, yet the torque trend looks like it has a mind of its own.
Hard to tell if it’s load-related, sensor noise, or something upstream feeding garbage into the drive.

Anyone else facing issues with thermostat calibration lately? Some of our smart thermostats are showing 3–4°F off from actual room temperature, even after firmware updates. Wondering if it’s sensor drift or placement issue.
