Honestly for heat pump chiller systems in towers, we model in Revit and then verify loads separately. I don’t trust one software blindly.

Coil is visibly collapsed and airflow is completely compromised. Between the bent fins and distorted coil face, heat rejection is shot and pressures will never stabilize. This unit might still run, but efficiency and compressor life are already on borrowed time.

That oil pattern around the valve tells the whole story. Seen too many of these turn into compressor failures because someone trusted numbers instead of their eyes.
