We adjusted slightly this year. Not a big jump, just enough to keep up with parts and labor. Customers haven’t really pushed back so far.

Seen this exact thing twice. Both times solenoid had failed open. Valve itself was fine. Swapped the solenoid both times and the valve shifted immediately.

That’s exactly my concern. One change from the GC and it turns into emails all day. Trying to see if anything actually speeds it up instead of adding steps.

Compare mean time to diagnose vs mean time to repair. If MTTR is flat but MTTD is up, that’s your bottleneck.
