The manifold needle cant tell you anything below about 1,000 microns. You’re essentially flying blind on the most important part of the evacuation.

New RTUs just landed for a warehouse changeout. Three units going up on the roof later today. Always a bit of coordination getting the crane set, rigging right, and making sure the curb measurements actually match what was ordered. Nothing worse than getting everything up there and realizing something doesn’t line up. Long day ahead.

Don’t underestimate just walking into places and talking to people. Property managers, restaurants, small warehouses. It’s slow but it sticks.

Check airflow across the coil. Too much air will hit LAT but kill dehumidification.

Seeing an RTU economizer pulling in way more outside air than it’s commanded to.
Minimum position looks normal in the BAS, but mixed air temps keep drifting and indoor humidity is all over the place.
Not sure if it’s a damper issue or sensor lying, but something definitely isn’t lining up.

Look at your grounding between AHU panel and the VFD enclosure. Slight potential difference will kill comms for a second.

If it’s a multi-stage system, make sure all relays aren’t sharing the same common. Sometimes the common wire undersized can drop voltage hard.

UV systems are tricky — lamps burn out faster than expected 😅
