Packing nut snugged down and it’s holding so far, going to recheck it in a week but I think we’re good without a full valve swap.

We use Stax integrated into our CRM. It’s not bad and having everything in one place is definitely easier.

Communication is everything. If you call them back pretty quickly and explain your schedule they either understand or you probably don’t want them.

That kind of behavior usually shows up when return paths or balance are off. System can hold capacity but loses stability under load.

If that’s a gravity drain feeding the pump, check pitch before the inlet. Seen a lot of “it drains” setups that only drain when the blower shuts off.

Weird one today – condenser fans don’t all start together.
Sometimes one or two just hang out for 10–15 seconds, then decide to join the party.
No alarms, no bad caps, and the board looks fine. Feels like something in the control timing is out of sync.
