Too much. Insurance companies are blood sucking crooks especially in California. $6k a month for 4 techs and an office worker. I’ve shopped around. This is just what it costs out here.

I got tired of empty promises from marketing companies. Learned to do it all myself. Saved money and got better results. Doing it myself also made me understand why these companies can never actually deliver on what they promise. They’re selling confidence not results.

What I wish someone told me year 1: how you treat customers matters more than how fast you fix the unit. The technical stuff you’ll figure out. The people skills you have to work on intentionally.

I’d meter it under load. Static voltage can look fine and still drop when it calls.
