									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We ran into something very similar on a high-rise. In our case, it turned out to be undersized condenser pumps. The flow rate wasn’t consistent, so the condenser water temp kept jumping, which killed chiller efficiency. We upsized the pumps and installed VFDs to smooth out the flow, and that stabilized the whole system.</p>
