Some guys on here act like recommending replacement is always the right answer. sometimes people genuinely cannot afford it and keeping it running is the right call for that specific customer.

I had Claude build a simple tool that calculates labor hours and material markup based on job type. Still tweaking it but it’s already helping.

Most issues I see on service are install-related anyway. Bad airflow, poor duct design, wrong charge from day one.

Money was not better in year one. Better in year two once I knew what I was doing and could work faster. Year one I was slow and second guessing everything which meant I was basically working for the same rate but with more stress
