The HVAC Family Plan is free to join. It gives access to community spaces, basic tools, and a chance to explore the platform.

HVAC Growth Plan (Kickstart Your Business Plan)
Designed to help HVAC businesses improve local visibility and build an effective online presence.
- 7-day free trial: Start the Kickstart plan for $0.00. After the 7-day trial, the plan automatically renews at $249.00 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- No refunds after trial: If you use the free trial and then choose to continue with the paid membership, subsequent payments are non-refundable.
- To avoid being charged, cancel from your dashboard before the trial ends. If you cancel after the paid period begins, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
HVAC Founders Elite Circle (Lifetime Plan)
The Founders Elite Circle is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to premium content, exclusive trainings, and founder experiences.
- 7-day refund window: Eligible for refund within 7 days only if premium content or downloadable resources have not been accessed.
- If premium content has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- No billing cycles, no renewals — lifetime access.
Courses & Training Modules
Courses included with Founders Elite (or any other membership) follow the refund rules of their membership. Standalone courses (if offered separately) are non-refundable due to instant access.
Cancellations
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
- Growth Plan access continues until the end of your billing cycle if you cancel after a paid period begins.
- Cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds unless covered by the rules above.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were billed in error or see a duplicate charge, email support@hvachub.co within 7 days and we’ll resolve it quickly.
