Cancellation & Refunds

At HVAC Community Hub, we aim to keep our billing and refund practices transparent and fair. This policy explains how cancellations, trials, and refunds work across all plans.


1. Free Plans

HVAC Visitor Plan

  • Free access with no community participation
  • No payment required
  • No cancellation needed

HVAC Family Plan

  • Free community access for 365 days
  • No payment required
  • No cancellation needed

2. Paid Community Memberships

HVAC Community Pro (Monthly / Annual / Lifetime)

  • A 7-day refund window applies only to the initial purchase of the subscription.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first successful payment.
  • All renewals are non-refundable, including:
    • Monthly renewals
    • Annual renewals

Plan-specific notes:

  • Monthly ($9.99/month, $1 first month):
    The $1 trial payment is non-refundable. You may cancel to avoid future charges.
  • Annual ($99/year):
    Eligible for refund only within 7 days of the first annual purchase.
  • Lifetime ($499 one-time):
    Eligible for refund only within 7 days of purchase. Once access is granted, refunds are not available after this period.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless the above conditions are met.


3. HVAC Growth Plan (Business Subscription)

  • Includes a 7-day free trial.
  • Once the trial ends and the paid subscription begins ($249/month), no refunds are provided.
  • Cancelling after billing starts will stop future charges, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

4. HVAC Founders Elite Circle

  • One-time payment of $1,999.
  • Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase only if premium courses or downloadable content have not been accessed.
  • Once content is accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

5. Courses & Digital Content

  • Courses included with memberships follow the refund rules of that membership.
  • Standalone courses (if offered separately) are non-refundable due to instant access.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method (PayPal or bank transfer) and your financial institution.

7. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or see a duplicate payment, please contact support@hvachub.co within 7 days of the charge, and we’ll investigate promptly.
