1. Services & Memberships
HVAC Community Hub offers two categories of services:
A. Community Membership Plans
Designed for networking, learning, and collaboration within the HVAC community.
Available plans include:
- HVAC Visitor Plan – Free access with no community participation
- HVAC Family Plan – Free access to the community for 365 days
- HVAC Community Pro
- Monthly – $9.99/month (first month trial for $1)
- Annual – $99/year
- Lifetime – $499 one-time
- HVAC Founders Elite Circle – $1,999 one-time (includes full community access and all premium courses)
B. HVAC Growth Plan
A business-focused subscription designed to help HVAC businesses improve visibility, rankings, and lead generation.
- Includes a 7-day free trial
- Automatically renews at $249/month unless cancelled before the trial ends
Specific features and inclusions for each plan are described on their respective pages and may change over time.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity under your account is your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community standards, misuse services, or engage in unlawful activity.
3. Payments & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on the plan selected.
- Trials convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
- You agree to keep billing information accurate and up to date.
- Prices may change in the future. Where changes materially affect existing members, advance notice will be provided.
Payments may be accepted via third-party payment providers or manual bank transfers, depending on availability. We do not store card details.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Key terms include:
- Community Pro (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime):
A 7-day refund window applies from the date of first purchase only.
Refunds are available only if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. - Renewals:
All renewal payments are non-refundable, including monthly or annual renewals, regardless of usage. - HVAC Growth Plan:
Includes a 7-day free trial. Once the trial ends and the paid subscription begins, no refunds are provided. - HVAC Founders Elite Circle:
Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided premium courses or downloadable content have not been accessed.
Once accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable. - Standalone Digital Products (if offered):
Non-refundable due to instant access.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless the above conditions are met.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, courses, videos, and materials provided by HVAC Community Hub are owned by us unless explicitly stated. You may not copy or redistribute without written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
By posting content within the community, you grant HVAC Community Hub a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
7. Community Standards
- No harassment, hate, or abusive behaviour.
- No spam, phishing, or unsolicited promotions.
- No illegal, misleading, or plagiarized content
8. Limitation of Liability
HVAC Community Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the preceding billing period.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HVAC Community Hub is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Platform Availability
We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may result in temporary downtime.
11. Third-Party Integrations
Certain features rely on third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics, communications). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
