These Terms explain the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for using HVAC Community Hub. By accessing our site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.


1. Services & Memberships

HVAC Community Hub offers community access, training modules, and membership features tailored to HVAC professionals. Specific inclusions for each tier are described on their respective pages.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that breach community standards or engage in spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.

3. Payments & Billing

We offer the following membership options:

  • HVAC Family Plan (Free): No payment required.
  • HVAC Growth Plan (Kickstart Your Business Plan): Includes a 7-day free trial at $0.00. After the trial, the plan renews automatically at $249.00 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • HVAC Founders Elite Circle (Lifetime): One-time payment for lifetime access to premium content and founder benefits.

You agree to keep billing information accurate. Prices may change in future; where material changes occur, existing members will be notified in advance.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refunds policy. Key points:

  • Growth Plan: The Kickstart plan has a 7-day free trial. There are no refunds after the free trial has been used and you continue into the paid membership. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • Founders Elite (Lifetime): Eligible for refund within 7 days only if premium content or downloadable materials have not been accessed.
  • Digital courses: Standalone paid courses (if offered separately) are non-refundable due to instant access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, courses, videos, and materials provided by HVAC Community Hub are owned by us unless explicitly stated. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce materials without written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

When you post in the community, you grant HVAC Community Hub a non-exclusive license to display and use the content within the platform. Ensure your posts do not infringe copyrights or violate laws.

7. Community Standards

  • No harassment, hate, or abusive behaviour.
  • No spam, phishing, or unsolicited promotions.
  • No illegal or plagiarised content.

8. Limitation of Liability

HVAC Community Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid to us, if any.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HVAC Community Hub is primarily operated. All disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Platform Availability

We strive for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Certain features use third-party services (payments, communications). Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
