Membership & Accounts

What plans do you offer?

We offer the free HVAC Family Plan, the HVAC Growth Plan (Kickstart) with a 7-day free trial (then $249/month), and the Founders Elite Circle lifetime membership.

How do I sign up?

Sign up on the website using the Register button. Create a profile, choose your plan, and follow the onboarding prompts.

Can I change or upgrade my plan later?

Yes — upgrade or change plans anytime from your dashboard. Check billing/proration details before switching.

Do I need a business to join?

No. HVAC technicians, students, contractors, and business owners are all welcome.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account works on mobile, tablet, desktop, and the mobile app simultaneously.

Can my team members have separate logins?

At the moment, each membership is tied to one account. Multi-user plans will be introduced later.

Can I pause my membership?

You may cancel anytime and rejoin later. Membership pausing will be available soon.

What happens if my payment fails?

Your account may be temporarily restricted until the payment method is updated.

How do I change my email or password?

You can update profile details anytime from your account settings.


Billing & Payments

How does the 7‑day free trial work?

You get full access for 7 days at $0. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the $249/month renewal. There are no refunds once billing starts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards via Stripe and PayPal.

Do you charge taxes or VAT?

Taxes/VAT may apply depending on your location and payment processor rules.

Do you offer annual plans?

Annual discounted plans will be introduced soon.

Will my price increase later?

Your price stays locked unless you switch plans. Any future changes are communicated in advance.

Can I change my payment card?

Yes — update your card anytime from your billing settings.

Can I get invoices for my payments?

Invoices are sent by email automatically and are also available in your billing dashboard.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds (when eligible) are processed within 7–14 days.


Using the Platform

How do I access community groups?

Go to the Groups area once logged in. Join public groups or request access to private groups based on your plan.

I joined a group but can’t post — why?

Some groups require admin approval or minimum profile completion before posting.

How do I manage email notifications?

Go to Notification Settings to enable/disable emails for messages, groups, replies, and more.

Can I update my profile picture?

Yes — upload a new profile picture or cover image from your profile settings.

Are private messages encrypted?

Messages are transmitted securely over encrypted connections.

How do I join upcoming webinars?

Your dashboard displays upcoming webinars with calendar links and reminders.

Can I download course materials?

PDFs and worksheets are downloadable; videos are streaming-only.

Can I bookmark posts?

Yes — use the Save/Bookmark button to revisit content anytime.

What training and resources do you provide?

We offer training in CRM setup, automation, SEO, pricing, contracts, reputation management, email campaigns, and more — all tailored for HVAC businesses.

Are the courses beginner‑friendly?

Yes. Courses start from foundational concepts and gradually move into intermediate topics.

Will new courses be added?

Yes — new courses, templates and modules are added regularly based on community feedback.

Can I request a new course?

Absolutely — we welcome topic suggestions from members.

Do I get lifetime access to course content?

Growth Plan access lasts while subscribed; Founders Elite includes lifetime access.

Do you provide 1‑on‑1 coaching?

1‑on‑1 coaching is not included but may be offered as an add‑on service in future.

What tools do you recommend for HVAC businesses?

We provide vetted tool recommendations across CRM, automation, reviews, pricing, and business management based on your needs.


Support & Troubleshooting

I can’t log in — what should I do?

Reset your password or contact support at support@hvachub.co.

I’m not receiving emails — how do I fix this?

Check spam folder, whitelist our domain, or update email preferences.

The mobile app is crashing — what do I do?

Update the app, restart your device, or report the issue to support.

How do I report inappropriate behaviour?

Use the Report button or contact support with screenshots.

How long does support take to reply?

Most queries are handled within 24–48 business hours.

We use encrypted connections, secure hosting and industry‑standard security measures.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data.
